JDC Demolition was contracted through Suffolk Construction Company to perform the demolition of 3 existing structures to facilitate the expansion of Boston Children’s Hospital Brookline Massachusetts Campus. The scope of work for this project included utility abandonment, asbestos abatement, hazardous building materials removal, complete demolition of (2) existing concrete framed concrete structures totaling 50,000 SF and a four story parking garage totaling 100,000 SF, and site preparation.
