JDC was contracted to perform the structural demolition of a 3-story wood framed and brick structure built in 1920. JDC’s demolition scope was to cut and cap the utilities, remove the above grade structure, and backfill to match the parking lot elevation. During the course of this project JDC salvaged over 10,000 bf of vintage southern yellow pine timber.
