Patriot Place Building F
JDC was contracted to perform structural demolition, abatement and sitework services for this parcel located at Patriot Place, home of Gillette Stadium and the New England Patriots.
JDC’s scope of services included conducting all preliminary environmental surveys required to demolish the existing 30,000 SF commercial structure. Per requirements stipulated by the owner, JDC also contracted pre-construction video surveys of all of the adjacent structures to Bldg. F, as well as developed and maintained a seismic monitoring plan throughout the course of demolition and building pad preparation operations. Challenges associated with this project included scheduling all of the above grade demolition of the structure to be performed at night to minimize impacts to daily operations of Patriot Place, which ranged from daily shopping venues to NFL training camp practices and concerts at the stadium itself.
