JDC was contracted to perform conventional ACM abatement, and remove the former 30,000 SF Eames Hall dormitory and surrounding hardscapes to make way for a new business center. This required a detailed separation of the building from the adjoining library. The former dormitory structure was contaminated with both ACM and PCB resulting in 3,000 tons of comingled ACM/PCB debris.
