JDC was contracted to complete the remaining interior strip out work down to the building’s concrete core in order prepare the building for a fit out for their client. This building will be the new headquarters for the Clarks Shoe manufacturing company.
The challenges for this project was creating an enormous amount saw cuts through the concrete floors for new elevators and grand staircases. We also saw cut a majority of the building’s façade at the roof line. This was needed to accept the building’s new glass wall curtain systems. All work was performed in a professional and timely manner with no disruptions to the GC’s construction schedule.
