JDC was contracted through Avison Young Properties to perform the complete demolition of an existing 80,000 SF office and technology building as part of the revitalization of the existing Highland Avenue technology park in Needham, Massachusetts. Work included installation of temporary fencing, utility terminations, asbestos abatement, and complete demolition of the existing steel framed structure including foundations.
