JDC Demolition was contracted by a private developer to demolish four retail buildings totaling 32,000 sqft. During demolition, select foundation walls were protected and retained to support adjacent parking lots and utilities. Located just outside busy Legacy Place in Dedham, the site was surrounded by businesses that remained open and unaffected during our work. The buildings were removed and the site graded in less than 3 weeks.
