JDC was hire by the Gilbane Building Company to perform the complete demolition of a former Showcase Cinema Movie Theater on RT 1 in Revere, Massachusetts as part of the construction of a new Amazon Distribution Facility. JDC’s scope included permitting, complete demolition of the former 50,000 SF movie theater, transportation and disposal of building debris, and grading of the site upon completion.
