JDC Demolition was contracted to perform the asbestos abatement and demolition of the 239,000 sqft, 9 story, dormitory building on the Chestnut Hill Campus of Boston College. In order to mitigate impact to the campus, the project schedule was developed to complete the asbestos abatement and the bulk of the structural demolition during the summer, with the entire project completed in under 4 months.
