JDC was contracted to perform selective demolition on the interior of a historic Chapel in the middle of the student center on the MIT Campus and removed sections of the exterior moat around the building. This job was challenging with regard to the noise while working on the exterior of the moat and working around student and MIT activities including a visit from the Dalai Lama.
