JDC Demolition was contracted to demolish and remove Building K from the Patriot Place shopping center. Located adjacent to Gillette Stadium and within the active shopping center, the 27,000 sqft building was demolished during night shifts. Additional protective measures were taken during demolition to protect the adjacent solar canopy and telecommunication cabinet. The demolition of Building K will enable the expansion of the existing Brigham and Women’s / Mass General Health Care Center.
