JDC was contracted by Quirk Auto Dealers to perform the complete demolition of a 6-story, 100,000 SF of former office building. JDC’s scope included utility terminations, separation of the building from an existing elevator shaft scheduled to remain at project’s completion, and complete demolition of the existing structure. JDC’s contract included coordination with the site facilities to work around the existing site functions and an active railroad that ran just feet from the building’s footprint.
