JDC was hired by Criterion to perform the complete demolition of a 55,000 square foot building former manufacturing building along the Charles River in Newton, MA. Work included temporary fencing and site controls, asbestos abatement, PCB remediation, termination of existing utilities, erosion controls, complete demolition of the structure including slabs and foundations, on site screening of soils for reuse, and export of over 6,000 tons of soils to be reused as part of a future development.
