JDC was contracted to remove the 100,000 SF former campus library. The concrete cast is place library structure was condemned due to structural deficiencies and was significantly contaminated with PCB’s. Due to the structural design and sensitive location of the building, JDC had to dismantle the entire perimeter of the building before the center of the building could be demolished. This project yielded 5,000 tons of PCB bulk product waste disposal.
