SURETY BONDING

JDC Demolition Company, Inc. is provided with Performance and Payment bonds for individual contracts approaching $100,000,000 and corresponding backlogs approaching $250,000,000 with Arch Insurance Company and Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.

All bid and final bond approvals will be contingent upon a favorable underwriting review of project specifics, including contract terms, conditions, bond forms and confirmation of complete project financing.
